Description
CaM(E31Q,E104Q):cLuc is a genetic fusion of human calmodulin with two introduced mutation E31Q, E104Q and C terminal fragment of split firefly luciferase. Both mutations are located in EF hands of calmodulin and lowers the construct's sensitivity to calcium ion concentration. The part in combination with BBa_K1965014 (nLuc:M13) reconstitutes luciferase activity upon calcium influx into the cell.Notes
